To complete a purchase on your Exclusives & Benefits portal, nothing simpler:

  • All you need to do is sign in using your email address and password you have used while completing your registration.
  • Then just click on the "Premium Shopping" tab and you will have access to all of our merchant partners.
  • Click on the merchant of your choice, you will then be redirected towards the merchant's website and all you need to do is make your purchase.
  • Your refunds will then be automatically indicated in the section "My Account / My Shopping Premium Earnings".

To benefit from the Premium Delivery, it is extremely simple:

  • All you need to do is make a purchase through the portal with one of our merchant partners.
  • Once the purchase is completed, you will receive an email confirming your purchase from your eMerchant.
  • You simply need to connect to Exclusives & Benefits, click on the section Premium Delivery.
  • All you need to do is download your proof of purchase on our website for our customer service to process your request (this can take up to 7 days).
  • At the end of the current calendar month, we will automatically refund your valid delivery charges on your bank account.

At Exclusives & Benefits, you can benefit from up to £230 cashback refund on the purchases you completed through the portal every month.

You can also benefit from up to £230 refund on your delivery charges every month thanks to the Premium Shopping.

The definitive validation delay may vary between 48h and 30 days according to the website with which you have made your purchase.

At the end of the current calendar month, we analyse your validated earnings and we automatically transfer the amount directly on your bank account.

However, if your refunds do not exceed 5 € in a month, your account balance will be postponed to the following month until the amount exceeds 5 € to activate the transfer.

When you register at Exclusives & Benefits, directly on our website or through one of our partners, you have to give your credit card information so that we can debit your monthly membership rights.

If your card is not valid or expired, you will have the possibility to update your information in the section my account.

Some credit card networks limit to 18 characters the lenght of the description of a purchase that will appear on your bank statement. Therefore, "EABENEFIT.CO.UK" is the wording used by Exclusives & Benefits on the bank statements of its members.

In order to be credited with your bonuses directly to your bank account, you must log into our website and fill in your IBAN and BIC in the My Account / Payment Tracking section. If you fail to do so, we will not be able to proceed with your payout to your bank account.

If you change your mind, you have the possibility to withdraw your membership within 14 days following your subscription. All you need to do is download the withdrawal form in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.

If you forget to send the form, it's alright! Because at Exclusives & Benefits we offer you 30 days to test our service!

Finally, remember that you can unsubscribe any time by contacting our Customer Service, either by email or by telephone or simply by visiting the section My Account and then Unsubscribe.
